These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lanciasolutions.com and the services provided by Lancia Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Lancia Solutions provides digital marketing, AI-powered patient acquisition systems, and related consulting services to local businesses and marketing agencies. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due as outlined in your agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances beyond the agreed payment terms.
All content, systems, templates, and materials we create remain the property of Lancia Solutions unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business data, strategies, pricing, and systems. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
For clients operating in healthcare-adjacent industries, Lancia Solutions will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) prior to accessing or processing any patient data. All patient communications are sent on behalf of and under the authority of the client. We do not access, store, or process protected health information (PHI) without appropriate legal agreements in place.
Lancia Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes. Marketing and patient acquisition results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, client responsiveness, and the quality of client operations. Where guarantees are offered, the specific terms are defined in the service agreement.
Either party may terminate a service agreement per the terms defined in that agreement. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable transition assistance and return any client-owned assets or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
